I designed these for my four football obsessed sons, I wanted something that wasn't garish but still allowed them to celebrate their love of the beautiful game. They all adored them so much they convinced me to put them into production for South Beach Boardies. These Kids Long Boardies keep the sun off their skin (UPF50), dry super fast, and are super comfy to wear all day long.

An elasticated waist and vibrant orange drawstring enables the shorts to be tightened or loosened to fit. A velcro-close pocket with drainage grommet adorns the right leg of these beautifully-made board shorts, providing a place for kids to stash their beach treasures.

Our luxe-quality 4 way stretch fabric is made from 85% recycled polyester (made from recycled PET bottles) and 15% elastane.

South Beach Boardies unisex kids board shorts are extremely durable - treat them right and you'll be able to hand them down to all the kids in the family. 

Please note that these boardies have a fully elasticated waistband and a full drawstring so they can be pulled in extra securely, unlike earlier versions of our Kids Long Boardies.
